I am never going to finish limericks for all the characters (I only had 25 done), but below is what I planned to post when I got to 30:

 

Halfway there, thirty times I've been funny.

I admit that my rhymes have been punny.

It's a bit of a chore;

if you'd like to hear more:

raise your hands, no applause, just throw money.

And what I had planned to post when I finished this all. I'm actually really proud of this one even if I didn't get to it "really".

 

This is it! I’ve completed all sixty.

Made my ME3 rhymes that are nifty.

Earned my limerick banner;

That’ll add to my glamor.

Think I’m vain? On my ass you can kiss me.
