I choose those three powers because Reave and Annihilation Field would allow you to run around like the Fury and do hellacious damage but still have DR and Dark Channel with Reave Stacking would eat bosses and spawns.

Ballistic Blades

 

CC, DPS, and Turian Passives. Besides Turians fit the master soldier description. 

 

Quarian Spectre Engineer

Master Engineer Race deserves a Spectre representative.

It's more like Valkyrie with Warp swapped for Throw, where the only functionaly difference is shorter cooldown on Throw

My Spectriple Soldier - A Krogan, giving a piggy back ride to a Human, giving a piggy back ride to a Vorcha.  Inferno Nades, Concussive Shot, Flamer.

 

I'd probably be out of cryo ammo by the end of the weekend.

 

Every bit of dialogue they have in unison is harmonic.  Otherwise, they argue a lot.  A LOT.  Sometimes they disagree about the direction they want to go, and they tumble, like the tower of Babylon.  Balance (in more ways than one).

 

Since there are three, you can never actually solo with them.  Balance.

 

However, you can use three weapons at the same time.  Screw balance.

Give them Blade Armor instead of Tech Armor. Make them drink their enemies' barriers, life force, AND blood.
