I've gotten every character and every weapon... Except this one. I must have opened dozens of Arsenel and Premium Spectre packs since getting everything else. It's getting frustrating. 2 of my characters would be greatly improved with it,

There are probably a million threads on similar topics, the store is RNG with a statistical probability of 7,5% of getting an UR card in the last 2 slots of each 99k pack.

Too bad for you .. keep grinding as the Talon is universally considered one of the top 3 or 4 weapons in this game.

The Talon falls into that category
