My BSN name comes from Unreal Tournament (1999), in which I invested hundreds of hours as a kid. That game is still my favourite FPS, along with Quake 2. Most people would think that my name actually came from Baldur's Gate, but I didn't even know there was a character called Xan in BG till I played it for the first time 6 months ago.

The first time I ever played online on Quake 4 I had to choose a name. I thought for like 10 minutes and then I just picked the final boss of my favourite game. Over the years this name stuck on me. I use variations of it everywhere, since most of the time it's taken, I have no idea how it was still free on BSN when I registered.

 

My avatar is Canderous Ordo as he appears in KotOR II. I just wanted an avatar so I picked him since he is related to Bioware and his armor is a bit similar to Xan's armor in UT.

What did you do?

 

I was messing with the DAMP guys.  Don't get me wrong I got nothing but love for em.  6-7 months and just minimal content. Just bare bones and they were always "when we getting dlc?"  "where the dlc"  "we need dlc"

 

i didn't even mess with them hard, but I made a thread "DLC release date confirmed NEXT WEEK!"  In the op I was all like "You guys really didn't believe that did you."  There were hurt though.  I guess it was kicking them while they were down, but man it was funny.  They hit the report on me and then mod11 cleaned up my thread and sent the warning haha.

 

Most of them thought it was funny, but you know there are always those sensitive people.  Good thread while it lasted though haha.

Name: About...5-6 years ago, my friends were playing League of Legends and wanted me to join them. I hadn't even had Steam up til then (my PC's were all garbage until I got the one I am currently using), and I felt that the one or two monikers I was using on forums and whatnot for years weren't really for me anymore. So, sitting there at a computer, tasked with the job of coming up with a name right there on the spot, I came up with BeardyMcGoo. The beardy part would be obvious if you ever saw/met me, as my beard is probably one of the first things you'd notice about me (along with "damn, that's a handsome man!"). The McGoo part was kind of just random, but probably subconsciously influenced by the Always Sunny episode "The Aluminum Monster vs. Fatty Magoo." I mostly wanted a name that would make my friends laugh when they saw it for the first time, but it just kind of stuck. Unlike LoL, which I played for maybe a month.

 

My avatar is Morty from Rick and Morty, as he's about to learn (or has just learned) from Rick that the life he has been living for the past however long (i forget exactly. Weeks/months. Whatever.) has been a dream, and in real life he's sleeping. And also that while he's been sleeping, he has crapped his pants.

Same thing as last time..."profanity" by avoiding the filter where I type sh*t or f*ck so that the word doesn't come out was ****. I also posted a youtube video of harmless 70's porn music but I don't see how the hell that could be offensive.

Oh please, Maul is a sith who fought both Obi wan and Qui gon at once, is very strong in the force and wields a dualightsaber!  He's pretty much the LeBron of star wars . Yeah and then he just stood there in total shock and awe for like 7 seconds while Obi Wan Force Jumped out of the hole, did a barrel roll over his head, landed on his feet, gave Maul time to turn around and stare in disbelief, and then cut him in half.

 

Should have just Force Pushed him down the hole and been done with it.  ******.

Never really liked anakin much, came across as a stuck up lil princess but another one that pissed me off was Mace Windu, most badass Jedi in the order and the dude gets killed by getting thrown off a damn building!

I'm sure novels could be written about what's wrong with the prequels, Mister Plinkett sums it up nicely.  I'll just say that the three biggest missed opportunities were character development for Maul, Doku, and Windu.

 

Maul:  Not a single spoken line.  What was he fighting for?  Did he have a slave family, wife and kids, who were promised freedom if he aided Palpatine?  We never know.

 

Doku:  He used to be a Jedi, and was said that murder was "not in his nature" for it.  So basically a light-sided Sith Lord, a precursor to Darth Vader in a sense.  What went on inside HIS head?  Why was HE aiding Palpatine?  We never know.

 

Windu:  An emotional, anger-filled Jedi.  A walking contradiction, who walks a very thin line.  Could have been the single most badass character in the entire trilogy.
