He's a relic from the past. Don't remind us of him again. He's probably bitten the dust somewhere in Mexico after bullying the town of the Mexican Druglord.

Seeing Iron Giant and Titan AE love here makes me insanely happy. Just have to get Atlantis going and all my beloved underrated movies will be covered. <3

(Which of course is on OP's list so that makes me happy.)

I find your lack of DreamWorks titles disturbing.

I find the lot of them incredibly jarring and formulaic in contrast to most Pixar films, and I'm not even that big on Pixar either.

The only thing is that while I love Titan AE there were things that jarred me...

The Drej didn't feel fleshed out at all. They just come attack Earth because they are scared and keep hunting down humans for illogical reasons.  It would have been nice to have had more on that in the actual movie rather then having to hunt down a stupid comic book that tells you all the backstory.

Good thing Cale used that ship to vampire them to death...

Huh. I have to admit I actually didn't know about the comic so it looks like I'm going to have to do some research there! A quick look says there's a few novels too. It's been around fivish years since I last watched it so maybe I'll see if I can track any of those down and then do a rewatch. Thanks for the heads up there! :3

Yeah there's a complicated story about the Drej in either one of the comics or a novel about who they are and why they are...   I just didn't buy the very short reason given in the movie why they wanted to wipe out all humans?

Sure our science could now build a planet but why would that freak them out they don't need a planet.
