Beginning of the game, and between waves, and all through extraction, if you hit an icon centered on the player, both players characters perform an action.

 

Have a short animation that can be broken if you move, but switch it up for each race (Maybe each kit but that could be time intensive)

 

Two Krogans would headbutt each other. Hell make it a mini game, first one to mash his space bar a bajillion times headbutts the hardest.

 

You guys could pick what the rest could do. I'm sure you have ideas for Asari and Vorcha already.

Need to be able to high-five each other between waves. Also summon several dozen Possessed A-Bombs for a mini-game where all characters temporarily get Lash and have gel/op-packs disabled, and the last one standing wins.
