I loved the patriarch, but something about his voice reminds me of Winnie the Pooh or some other old disney movie...can't find any info on the voice yet

Yep, it is, and he's played both tigger and winnie the pooh regularly since the late 80s, but seems he reused his Pete-voice for the Patriarch.
For someone who couldn't quite place him you guys guessed REALLY well
