How do I command one team mate to stay in one spot and not whole team,? So I can place in different spots.PC version using controller, and it's driving me nuts not able to figure out

Dbl click what ? Controller only lets me hit hold once 2nd time they jump.I pull up tactics and it shows all of them with a hand sign as in Hold. Irk's hell out of me I can't figure out how to make it just one with the hold sign by them...................TY got it
