Ok so I have unlocked two banners (I am 360) I went to the HQ on my laptop and I see them, I went to google to see how to use them, it seems I click on the banner and apply it but it doesn't work, so I tried it from 360, there doesn't seem to be an option to use it, any help?

Load your game and go into the Prestige 'box'

 

Select Agent, General.... w/e

 

Click on the little stars that you have unlocked  'set'/'unset'

 

You will now have the portrait, banner or title that you wanted displayed when you start in a game lobby.
