But who cares all of those are fun to play.  I play everything whether it's OP or UP.  Sometimes if I'm tired it's fun to play easier classes.  I wouldn't consider any of them "cheap" they just are easy to play for players of any skill level, where some classes require a lot more skill.  There are several characters that can output more damage than any of those if played right.

 

The real cheapness comes when you start nuking everything with rockets.  Any character can do that

Biotics.

 

I mean, really, aside from their training and amps, their in-field costs are probably pretty low compared to soldiers (grenading everything, wear and tear on heavy weapons), infiltrators (replacing the batteries on tactical cloak) and engineers (omnitool repairs).

A cost effective Alliance Systems military plan for the next five years should look at increasing biotic corps in order to save on operational costs in these times of constrained budgets.
