Hey, does anyone know what this throne is supposed to depict?

Reminds me of those owl drawings around the Avvar camps. I'm guessing its an old connection to The Lady of the Skies since the people of Fereldan and the Avvars share a history and were one people in the past. Probably just a nice owl symbol to Fereldans at this point.
I'm guessing, though.

I thought it might be something like that. I'm trying to find an appropriate throne for a devout Dalish Inquisitor, and this is the closest I've been able to get.

Ya, Fereldan has wolves/dogs on it, which would be weird for a devout Dalish.
The Avvar is just a slab of rock... which would be okay...
The Chasind is nice, but not much decoration to it, other than the odd fire stove face thing.
The Fereldan throne I would agree is good for a dalish...
You can get dalish glass and dalish banners, but no ancient elf décor or throne? Sad.... (admittedly, the throne would be late in the game...)

If it's an owl, then it could also be a depiction of the elven god Falon'Din, though this seems unlikely seeing as Dalish elves don't play a central role in the plot of Origins (unless you play as one). Seeing as the Grey Wardens play a critical role in the plot of Origins, it's more likely that the throne is a stylised depiction of a griffon and perhaps the horned skull and hands below it represent a darkspawn being mauled from above.

I like to think that it's a throne depicting the elven god Falon'Din given that it has what looks like a carving of an Owl. But that would also seem to be a strange depiction for a Fereldan themed throne.
But it's interesting to note that the default storyline for DA: Origins is of a female Dalish Elf so make of that what you will.
