I randomize as much as I can, even in sketchy looking U/U/x games.

 

If somebody specifically wants to grind credits for a while, or similar, then I will revert to a strong character that I'm comfortable with.

I find starting a new manifest is the ultimate randomizer. So many new setups to figure out how to work based on troll store randomizer.

Harrier always needs Adren Mod III's to help with lasting firepower.

Not me. I like someone else to do it for me. So I never worry about wipes.

 

I don't worry about wipes either, I play for fun. But pugging adds a challenge I don't get when I play with my OP friends. Though it could be said I play better pugging because I'm talking less bollux.

Except it's not that random 'cause you just end up using your currently best weapon over and over.

 

Like, every character on my PC account uses either the Wraith 1 or the Harrier 1. That's less random than on my 90% maxed XBOX account where I sometimes get given the Disciple or the Locust or something (neither of which I have on PC).

If it's the Volus Merc, then you have an incoming like. I find him to be the best for pugging. Not too OP not too weak and always ready to get it up and helps pugs get up and stay up with shield boost. Volus Merc always share his too company too by bringing two extra friends for any occasion with super fast cooldowns.

Yes I do probably more than I should. I've got into a bad habit of playing with just a few kits and weapons. I think part of it is that I've got really good with a few weapons and kits, not to mention that it took so long to get and max out some of them that it's hard to take a step back to some of them. Recently I've considered pugging lolsilver just to practice with some of them because I am getting really bored with this game. I would like to be more efficient with kits I hardly play or don't at all.

I think part of it is that I've got really good with a few weapons and kits, not to mention that it took so long to get and max out some of them that it's hard to take a step back to some of them. Recently I've considered pugging lolsilver just to practice with some of them because I am getting really bored with this game. I would like to be more efficient with kits I hardly play or don't at all.

There more to it then using just you weapon. Got to foreplay with some fast cooldown powers too to keep things interesting. Harrier 1 slows down power use way too much... plus I don't have one.

The point when I get really comfortable on a character is pretty much the point where they get demoted to C list, and hardly ever get played. Because I am a glutton for punishment and better playing = less pain.

Totally uncalled for. I need to get to the gym without feeling burned out first. So I'm totally being serious with this thread. I think many would get more enjoyment if they leave comfortable OP setups out of it. (This is all I talk about. Thought BSN would understand me by now...)

Me too near my end days of my X360 manifest. New manifest in the land of no frames saved me from early retirement. Unbelievable that I've lasted this long. The key truely is power foreplay.

I did that once with DD, Husar, and Altbouli and it was probably the most fun I have ever had. My Incisor wielding Krolord was really fun. But I would absolutely do this with you MFK.
