No, but you can consult the Unofficial DAMP Library that has a section with links to the balance changes thread. Your read the first post of each link and you're good.

As TheThirdRace said, unfortunately, they aren't grouping them all together into one locked thread like Eric Fagnan did with the ME3MP forum.

 

However, the link in my sig to the Unofficial DAIMP Resource Library (also stickied near the top of this forum) has a section specifically dedicated to linking to all of Luke's balance change threads. Simply click into one, then narrow down the thread by clicking "show only BioWare posts" to see only his posts/responses.

Yeah since the challenge update I've been kicked back to the main MP menu after clearing level 5s. Not many runs though, 3-4 since challenges were added, but they have been spitting me to the menu and I was always the host.

Quick suggestion (that I'm probably not the first to make, but I don't read every single post):

 

Have a specific, stickied and locked topic containing each week's changelog and only the changelogs, and separate discussion topics, a bit like we had in the ME3MP forum. Makes it easier to find changelogs.
