the American Law Institute is promoting passing laws stateing that ANY physical contact from hand holding to bumping in to another person with out concent can be classed as a Sexual assault. and no not on a collage campus this is a proposed law.
So I can be arrested for Assault and Battery and Sexual Assault at the same time?
What's next, do I have to walk around with a blindfold because I might sexually assault a woman by looking at her?

Because i think it is interesting and i tend to despise stupidity and injustice.
i also tend to judge people by there actions and character as opposed to there race creed gender or religion.
