Even with the changes made to ensure players couldn't camp the 5/5 font, there's absolutely no reason NOT to use a health font in multiplayer. This shouldn't be the case. As players become more experienced at the game and obtain better gear (especially HoK equipment), the likelihood of them reaching a font at more than 75% health gets higher and higher. I don't really need to plan because I know I'll always start out with more than enough health into the next zone.
So give me a reason NOT use health fonts instead. Have a reward tied to non-usage of the fonts so that players are more willing to take a risk with their survival. This reward could be increased experience and/or gold gains, or a chance at a very good item; depending on how many fonts you haven't used. Doing so would give experience players (and newcomers) a reason to go the extra mile and test their skill.
