Easy, Lancer. Though I've finally fallen in love with the Particle Rifle too (if only PS3 would give this to me), but not enough to prefer it over the CSMG. So I guess the CSR got the short straw.

PPR is a ramp-up and sucks vs Geth. CSR zooms in too much and can't hit things that are too far, CSMG runs out of ammo too fast. 

 

Spitfire is also infinite ammo

A Flamerless Geth Trooper specced for weapons damage allows for heavy rain of lead on enemies. Basically, one minute of full auto: Dakka! Dakka! Dakka!
