So, just finished the game and wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.

From what I figure, any planet that doesn't have an anomaly is only useful for resources.  Early on I was doing a lot of resource gathering, so by the 3/4th mark I never had to worry about it again.

I was wondering though, has anyone found anything interesting on a planet where EDI didn't say there was an anomaly?

Nope, though I really didn't go through that many.

I don't think so. Although I noticed that small planets tend to be rich, and large planets (particularly gas giants) tend to be moderate/poor.
