Yes, combo'ing Arc Nades is totally legit. I only feel really dirty when I spam more then one back to back
Phantom death squad is the exception. That's where I aim at my feet, close my eye (so Phantom Bubble don't come up 
), and un-lease a few clip packs for good measure.

Yeah I heard Arc Grenades are sort of gimpy and pointless- better off going full fitness or maxing Tac Scan instead.
I still go full fitness on QME. It's a powers and debuff focus kit, so 4/4 tac scan/passives is more then enough. Need that extra fitness to make sure it looks like I know how to play. Plus Quarian Males have extra awesome fitness. They must work out. I would too being surround by so many Female Quarian bum, bums as on the Flottila.

I never agreed to that 
I usually pass on grenade powers, because I can never keep up enough in stock to justify focusing on them, except demolished and talon who can spec to carry like 15. Otherwise teammates running around means I can't get enough grenades from boxes
QME does it better because you can setup up many combos off one nade. (Incinerate>ArcNade Fire explosion> Incinerate tech burst> Incinerate tech burst on another primed enemy)
