I haven't failed a single mission in ages. Mostly because I haven't played.
Failed plenty with you and with some better players than us. 
Mostly because I like randomizer + horrible pugs + platinum because it made it a bit more interesting. 100% success is quite boring. And I have a thing for clutching.

Well, I hadn't failed in months until I did that duo with you Smeckie, bronze of all things!
I failed the last match I played. It was Hydra/Geth/Gold and I was carrying (read "dragging") a PUG. They were dying in every wave, I was down to around 3 medi-gel and couldn't be bothered to finish the match alone so I let myself bleed out during Wave 9.

Basically.... never. If I am in your Gold lobby..we will get to extraction. Period. no matter what character I am..what-ever weapon I use.. or What ever the F'ng Faction/Map we are facing..Get used to it..We are going to make it..even if I have to carry you (like always). I have like a 300 match winning streak going..I haven't failed 1 mission in over some time like 1 Year.
