Hey guys is there a list of all the extra exp "medals" you can get every run?

Immortal, kill streak, weapon kills, ability kills, Mission complete, Team combos

What combos needed for the team combo medals ? i ussually see it during some games where templars participate  ( perhaps done with Spell purge + wrath of heaven combo ? )

You need a primer and a detonator ability. Spell Purge, for instance, is an Eldritch Detonator and sets of Wrath of Heaven.
