I have a concept for an rpg character. A weak and feeble barbarian. However, incredibly dangerous when he is in a bezerker mode. Which game can I do this in ?

Elderscrolls maybe. You'd just have to put a greater significance on RPing them. I'd go with a Breton, Imperial, Bosmer or High Elf.

Redguards and Nords maybe. But they're both known for being strong, skilled warriors. So it eliminates the "weak" aspect.

Light armor (or regular clothes) and one handed with shield. Or duel wield.  If were playing up the weakling until pushed into a corner, stray from two handers and heavy armor. Also as a berserker light armor would fit character wise, since you don't want anything constricting your movement and flurry of death and blades.

So basically his Berzerker mode gives him the strength he lacks when he is calm? Or is he physically strong yet sickly in terms of constitution constantly prone to illness and the sort?

DnD I guess then lol.

That's why I said you'd have to put a greater significance in Role Playing if you went the ES route.

Maybe the Souls series would suffice

Hmmm, think you are going to have a hard time finding a game that allows you to do that if you are trying to stay accurate stat and ability wise, I mean I can point out games like the Baldur's gate that allow you to use items to negate your characters stat deficiencies (Gauntlets of Ogre strength, Girdle of hill Giant strength set your strength to 18 and 19 respectively regardless of what it was before, there are also a number of potions and spells that do the same thing) but no Barbarian abilities that do what you wish, of course they have abilities that buff their strength and damage dealing capabilities but you are still best to maximize your character's strength stat to get the most out of them.

Personally I would say your best bet is an elder scrolls game before Skyrim where spellcrafting and stats still exist, develop a powerful spell called "Berzerker rage" or something that give ridiculous bonuses to strength, if you don't have enough mana to cast the spell you can always use cheats or crafted gear to make up for it.

Skyrim. Cool idea, RPing a character with an achilles heel

Pokemon > Kangaskhan > Mega Kangaskhan

at least I think it being a kangaroo covers the 'incredibly dangerous barbarian' requirement

NWN1 perhaps? Thousands of Player mods, still have active Persistent Worlds, and maybe there are those still playing on-line campaigns (was in one for five years). Still a bargain over at GOG, I understand.

It's not exactly what you're looking for, but in Of Orcs And Men, Arkail, one of the main characters, builds up a Rage meter in combat. When it's full, he enters a berserker rage. You lost control of him, his damage output goes through the roof and he's a danger to anyone in the immediate area, friend or for.
