Hey I am playing a nightmare play through and been enchanting my stuff but not sure which enchantments are good for a nightmare rogue? Playing a Archer Artificer and I know to stack Crit but unsure of anything else.

Guard on hit (FT Onyx, Obsidian, Silverite) and Hidden Blades (FT cloth, can't remember which ones at the moment) are good. I tend to enjoy close quarters with my Artificer Archer, mostly using Leaping Shot and Shadow Strike, so I like to use at least one defensive masterwork. FT Snoufleur hide (1% heal on hit) also works well.

Otherwise, yeah, stack crit chance; remember, your cooldown reduction triggers on all crits from your party, not just your own, so it helps to increase your party's crit chance up to a point (there are diminishing returns).

I stack crit on my Artificer Rogue.  I like the masterwork masterwork on my weapon (+10% stats/base damage), just save before you make the item, I hate wasting good materials.  I find that crafting garbage in between failed attempts can help get a successful boost with good materials, just revert, craft garbage, save and try again.  I use guard on hit on my armor.  Excess offensive leather slots get crit damage (Lurker Scales are easy to farm).  I keep altering the balance between crit chance and damage.  I am using ~75 crit and the rest crit damage right now.  I also use the sneak attack talent in daggers on my Archer Rogue.  For my Dagger rogue I run more crit since my spinning blades has less hits/activation than leaping shot.

I am using Black Emporium legendary weapon schematics now.

Archer)

I tried a lot, but my favorite combination was hidden blades + shield bash.  It is absolutely hilarious to watch enemies be knocked down, especially with leaping shot.

A lot of this depends on your build.  If you are using multiple hit abilities, like spinning blades and throwing knives, I like hidden blades and shield bash.  I'd always have +guard on at least one dagger though.  If you are using more hard hitting single hit abilities, I'd avoid shield bash and get maybe a heal on hit or....meh, or something.

Hidden Blades and Shield bash must be hilarious.  I should try that on my Archer, for my dagger artificer I avoid Shield Bash because it can interrupt the attacks.  The knock away will mean the later attacks in spinning blades will miss.

Hehe, indeed. By the way, did you know that interrupting a rift can proc shieldbash? it´s hilarious and makes zero sense, but it works.

I'm playing one right now, and didn't do much crafting early (used Bane of Red Crossing and the scout armor you buy in Redcliff first).  I also didn't have much in the way of good fade materials either, so when I did a tier 2 spiked bow, I just used the stamina cost reduction one, then I went obsidian (guard on hit) for my first crafted armor, and chance for walking bomb on my tier 3 bow.

I would have used Hidden Blades if I had that mat, and will try to get that before I redo my bow with higher tier mats.  Otherwise, I might try for a bit of heal.

Will be stacking crit chance once I start accumulating great bear hides.  What is amusing though is that I am already level 15 and just finished Wicked Eyes and so it feels like I have done most of the game already.  Which is true in terms of story missions anyway.

Elemental Mines with procs is not only hilarious but can massacre clusters of enemies quickly.

I went with Immolate and Hidden Blades On Hit but with Guard or Heal On Hit, an Artificer becomes very hard to kill.

I like using caltrops enchantments to complement elemental mines and spike trap.  If the tank doesn't get to them first.

I test drove quite a few, but the most fun came with shield bash on hit.  Leaping shot or elemental mines with the chance to shield bash...just awesome.
