There is lot of places where you can take advantage of elevation. The problem usually is to remember to actually do that 

So am I like the only one whose mind went pervy with that statement? Anyone else? No?

 

 

My Hunter build is :Daggers, Stealth, H&T, and Leaping Shot. The bow I use the most is probably PBTM. The name alone is enough to rate it best weapon. I've never been much of a fan of BOCR. Despite its HOK and Crit bonuses, I'm still more of a fun-factor fanboy when it comes to the bows. So it's either PBTM or LBOTG. I haven't tried out the Dragon Bow enough yet to give an informed opinion on it.

my punched by the maker has a heal on kill of something like 33% so that is my bow of choice on both the hunter and the archer.

I don't have a Trepanner's Requittal or PBTM yet, and I'll probably go back to Longbow of the Griffon for my Hunter when I'm done fooling around with the 81% critical damage Bow of Cruel Redemption. I don't have enough cunning promotions for guaranteed critical hits, but when it hits it hits HARD. Stealth+knife in the shadows=automatic critical hit, I use it on groups of enemies bunched together and 'splode them 'til kingdom come.

 

I recently got another BoCR, think I'll give it a heal on kill upgrade but I'll miss that crazy critical damage. For now I use Fallback plan in case things get iffy (that way I don't have to use my grey HoK ring, I have Superb Attack and Flanking rings) stealth, Explosive Shot and Spike Trap in case a melee character looks at me funny.

People who play hunter are hipsters. Therefore inquisition bow is optimal for maximising 'everything else is too mainstream' bonus.

Quite nice with knife in the shadows, x2 Crit damage rings, and stealth Full draw. If line your attack from stealth and flank, you can do 10k on your primary target, and 2.5k on everything next to it.

Why only 2.5k? Isn't the explosion 75% of the damage you do? So shouldn't it be 75% of 10k?

At a guess, I'd say that +attack bonuses such as willpower, stealth and flanking don't apply to the explosion damage. Also, explosion damage may miss out on the knife in the shadows auto-crit from stealth?
