For some reason every time i start up my game at the main menu the Download New content selection appears for a few seconds (while you cant choose your option) then disappears, and yet the words New content available still scroll across the bottom, but the Download New content option is gone. I was just wondering if maybe this is a glitch and if other people are getting the same thing.
Also what i found odd is as I was playing the game a few hours ago i auto logged out of Xbox live and when i tried to save an option popped up says disc cannot be read. I put the game back in, i get signed back In and have to download an update and all is well, I'm fortunate that i had an autosave not too long before that or i would have been peeved.
New content available option?

I noticed this too. After successfully downloading the Terminus Armor, Normandy Crash Site, and Blood Dragon Armor the download new content option disappeared, as seems normal, but the new content available scroll remains. This must be a bug.

Same here, I don't think that it is anything to worry about. I did just read that Zaeed will be available either today or Thursday.
I was able to get Blood Armor and Normandy but I am having issues with Terminus. Do you think it's because my account is not linked to my Gametag? I can't figure out how it would actually get to my 360. It accepted my code and all, just never made it to my xbox. It has to be that I used different credentials then whats on my gametag. Is there a way to fix this?

The new content is that Zaeed is available today.
You have to have your account linked to your gamertag or there is no way for the system to know you deserve it. You will need to email EA about it, I don't have the address but looking at all the subjects on the forum I don't think it will take you long to find it.

I was refering to yesterday, Tuesday about 5PM. So no, Zaeed was not available at the time.
