This has been handled extremely poorly - there was clearly an issue, but we were kept in the dark - it's atrocious customer service.  We should have been kept advised, rather than having to chase for information.  And, it's now Thursday, 28th May, but there is still no sign of it in the Xbox 360 store...

Well it took just under an hour to prove you wrong. I get people being annoyed with the dlc not arriving when expected, but rudeness and petulance doesn't lend a reasonable complaint any additional weight.

For any night-owls out there, JOH is now available on the PS4 in the UK.

Hey everyone, apologies for the delay. We needed a couple extra days to wrap up, but Jaws of Hakkon will be available on Thursday, May 28th. Sorry for any confusion this has caused.

So... Xbox 360, two days later and still no Jaws of Hakkon in the freaking Store. It's nearing 10 AM here and I'm about this close to tossing my controler into my flat-screen. I am beyond annoyed and pissed off. Next time Bioware and EA, make a f*cking schedule and post it for all to see, because this, is just the biggest kind of bullshit since the Color Endings of ME3.

It's in the Xbox 360 store now, but I can't purchase it.  Every time I try to, it looks like it's going to open, and then shuts itself down.  This is ridiculous and I am completely fed up with this utter farce.

They better not do this with any future DLC, this was ridiculous. They should all just come out to everyone on all plateformes same day or day after given the international date line and all.  But there is no excuse for this sort of treatment.

It's a miracle!  Still can't purchase via Xbox, but bought it via Marketplace, and it's downloading now.  About damned time.  I can cope with waiting, if I know what's going on, but what I have found immensely frustrating about this whole experience is the total lack of information.

Right, so... I'm living in the UK but my account is Portuguese and I'm finally downloading Jaws of Hakkon for my PS4 as I type this.

 

BioWare, for the forthcoming DLCs I sincerely hope you don't repeat this troubled cycle. You even sold more on the PS4, so stop taking money to keep most of your customers waiting months for your next piece of content.

It was a deal between EA and Microsoft. Publishers like it because they get money and the console makers like it because they can claim exclusivity

So can someone who owns a PS4 or 3 please post a pic of what it looks like in the PSN store, because I seriously still don't see it on my PS3... Just Destruction Multiplayer, Dragonslayer, BE, and DE upgrade. NYC, May 28, 5:10 pm...

Ehh, nevermind. 's all good. I have two PSNs, an American and a Japanese one. Strangely JoH is showing up on the JP psn store on the ps3 but not in the US psn. However, it is available on the website.
