I am stuck finding the last damn region. I have all landmarks and there is no shadow where I could see that some place is missing. I am starting to think that it is a bug. I hope you can find something missing on the map

Sometimes fog of war can be misleading and even if the map is fully cleared maybe that you never walk through a specific point where the region is triggered especially when there is a small region which is very close to another one. I think you should look for a complete map of the zone where all the regions are shown and then try to walk over there again.

Okay finally after running up an down for three hours I managed to find it .. For everyone who has the same problem you might want to check if you have visited the tower under the dragon. You have to get really close and you can not do anything with that tower. It has a very small discovery area and has most likely no fog of war. Have a good day

BINGO!!!! Thanks! its west of the Din'an Hanin fast travel point at the top right of the map. I discovered the region almost exactly half way from the fast travel spot and the tower, shown as a three story structure on a large rock on the map (zoom all the way in) . This is also pretty much directly south of the dragon.

That tower has a quest which ends there, so if you are a completionist, you won't miss it.
