So... I've talked to Emily at the Citadel Tower, near the elevator. She give me that quest, I've gone away to put that bug... but after few steps I've change my mind, turned back around and get back to her. When I was back on tha spot, near the elevator - she wasn't already there. MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED. I've done some research through the web, flew away from Citadel, do some plot world, other quests, come back - but she's still not there where she sholud be.
I've saved the game, go and plant that damn bug. She still doesn't apper but a bit later I've found that orange marking on the map down, by the Citadel Presidium so I run full of hope that finally I've found her and... guess what. Im staying right on the marking 
- no one's here. Is there any way to edit the files, do something? Im playing the game like about a 8-10 time in my life, never before that happened to me. I've done a lot, lot of missions since that quest get buggy - I REALLLY dont wan't to save back.
Please help.
