Get him something practical and useful. Like a tool or an equipment. Perhaps a trimmer or a shaver or if he is a PC gamer a graphics card or the new Nvidia Shield TV or a nice mouse or a Netflix subscription or even a power drill or you could get him a private dance with a hot stripper.

Well I guess in the US, Father's day is a big deal, now thinking about it, I should totally get my dad a present and figure out when we celebrate this day.

Anyways. To the ideas. As a lady I can suggest what comes to mind.

A Rolex. A luxurious tie - given he wears suits. A nice beer mug. A father-son/father-daughter bonding day like shooting or camping or lazer-tag or whatever you know he likes. Could be something you know your dad needs and could use in the household. Maybe nice set of new Bosch tools? You can, of course, never get it wrong with a heartfelt card, saying to your dad your thanks and showing that you really love and respect him, you know, to just remind him, if you don't actually say those things very often? Atleast I would do some of those stuff. Knowing my dad, he would be thrilled if I were to call him and take him and my mom to dinner, paying for everything from my very first, my very own, paycheck. He always roots for my success, would be nice to actually be able to share it with him
