Depends on team composition. You mistakenly assume I'm able to carry all the time. I won't, as I have to play level 1's sometime in Perilous, and our team isn't always the same strength the every time. If I'm on at a carry everyone class and level, I don't bother to check, but if the team composition isn't strong enough to do the job, I am definitely going to fix that.
The game is not forgiving to pugs that become pincushions on Perilous, and neither am I. If you want to go get yourself killed and make the game more difficult for everyone else, you're free to play in another game.
No, I do not mistakenly assume that you personally can carry all the time, the point is that this game does NOT require you to run with a perfectly min/maxed team composition with perfect min/maxed builds.
The point being made is that IF a team can carry a Level 1, and you clearly agree with me that a team CAN do that as you mention in your own post here and others in this thread that you are often that Level 1 or you encourage others in your teams to bring in their Level 1, so again IF a team can carry a Level 1 successfully, then there is no reason to demand that a Hunter simply cannot join because you feel that particular class cannot contribute as optimally as another or there is also no reason to demand that a particular class that has not chosen your preferred build cannot join.
You have talked about a willingness to and you have talked about actually kicking players from a lobby simply because their choices do not align with yours and I find that to be an incredibly rude position and also find it almost ironic given how you have taken great pains to defend the Katari on these forums.
Katari was clearly a weak class that you worked to demonstrate could in fact be played with a high degree of success if one put the time and effort into mastering it.
If I kicked from lobbies based on experience with how others play classes and the classes themselves, I would have kicked you and every Katari from my lobbies for ages in the pre-buff era. You would have been annoyed/frustrated/laughing at my foolishness for doing so though because I would have been kicking a player that could perform. The fact that I so rarely stood at the extraction flag with any Katari never made me feel as though I had the right to dictate who should be allowed to play them.
I'm not getting myself killed and making the game more difficult for others, I'm letting others play their own game, and when I've had my fill of players that can't get it together, I go looking for teams/friends that can or I do something else. I'd rather remove myself than rudely interrupt someone else's play experience, YMMV.
