I downloaded the mark of the assassin, warrior pack 1 and black emporium and I can't find them

If you downloaded them with the aim to use them in DAI then I'm afraid you have the wrong game - they're for DA2.  If you are looking for help for DA2 then you can find the warrior pack and the statue to start MotA in either Gamlen's house (Act I) or the Hawke estate (Acts II and III).  Just follow the quest markers.  For the Black Emporium you should have a letter inviting you to it and the area will appear on the Kirkwall map.

-Mark of the Assassin begins by looking a lion statue no Hawke's state, You can use it in any act.
-All the items packs appear on three chests located in one of the bedrooms.
-Black Emporium is unlocked as part of Kirkwall's map by reading Xenon's letter on your desk.

I still know where to find them but they're not there

Check your game downloads you might have to redo it. That is what I had to do.
