If I already have a Dragon Maul will another copy ever drop? I ask for the sake of being able to mod a new one if I respec and want to change it up.
Do multiple copies of uniques drop?

Yes, you can get multiple copies of any type of loot. I have trashed many purple copies. However, some may have very slight stat differences, so check before you destroy.
