No judgement here... so tell the truth...
Who nukes spawns on wave 11, and WHY do you do it?
If you don't do it... how often do you observe it happening in PUB games?
I try not to unless I don't realize its wave 11.
Nope. I normally nuke spawn between objective waves starting at Wave 4 
Probably unwise, but some 'traditions' are hard to change.

When I'm playing Gold or Plat I always save a rocket or two just in case anything gets in my way when I'm circling back to the LZ/EZ, but other than that I don't bother.
I see it pretty regular though. Why they can't use them in the first 10 waves to make the game quicker/easier I don't know.
People do it for the points. They are the same people who pause in between each wave for half a second to check the score.
I guess I still can't resist the bait after all this time 
If I have them left, and it's Gold or Platninum. (Alright, Gold. I never have them left in Platinum), I'll nuke clustered 'bosses' to give some breathing room for extraction. (2 Brutes and 2 Banshees in the LZ? Boom.)
I will only nuke if something is in my way when I am making the mad dash for extraction with 10 seconds left..other wise..I will if people are nuking stuff that makes something spawn right on top of me.
Unless its absolutely necessary to save a teammate or run for extract. Typically, most, if not all of my missiles are used up before extract.
Yes all the time. And Wave 10 as well just to get the objectives done. In fact in public games the most troubling thing is when your teammates refuse to share the load and use missiles as well. Then the entire team wipes out because people are being cheap with a disposable item.
Yeah you know who you are. jerks. I'm a callin you out! I encourage the use of missiles! the more the merrier! I use missiles just to make headway on objectives and sometimes just to edge someone out for top score. Yep I do that. And guess what? I'll continue to do it.
Only when spot we are in is overrun or some boss levels units are in between us and LZ then. Other than that I don't waste nukes/missiles etc on score whoring.
depends where they spawn . ..and if too many grabbers, exploders and cheaters are making their way to the shuttle .. they just have to die .
otherwise missiles, as is mediegel , are best kept for rage fits.
Cause destiny sucks, and I got to release that built up rage in the most inefficient way.
I usually nuke wave 11 to try and get the killstreak medals if we didn't get them during the match, as I am a sucker for medals...

And usually when someone nuked the hefty enemies first and THEN we press the 'nuke' button.
I used to. Then realised it's pointless.
very rarely, i usually find plenty of scorewhores in my games anyways
