I know this isn't the exact place, but it seems like I could get a simple answer, here. When I try and load Mass Effect on my Ps3 super slim 500GB, I get the error message '80010514' and it doesn't run. I don't know what the problem is. Firstly, my PS3 runs all other games and other discs fine and runs fine. Also, I performed a system restore just in case and the problem still persists JUST with the Mass Effect 3 disc with the same error. The disc doesn't look scratched at all. Why do you think this is happening? Is the disc really damaged somehow, and I just can't see it?

A quick google search indicates a possible console/disk fault. Most likely a laser fault apparently...

(Edit: Not your problem exactly, but, here; http://www.gamefaqs....ion-3/68324605)

Its most likely your laser.  I've never had a PS3 die out on me, but when my 360 did, I called Microsoft and they sent me a box and a label so I could mail it to them to be repaired.  If you still have an active warranty on your PS3, Sony might do the same, but I don't know much about Sony customer service.  I have heard both good and bad things.

The odd thing is that all my other DVDs and games play fine apart from Me3.  Also, ME3 sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't.
