I completed the story with Cassandra as my character romance and Vivienne taking over as the divine . Did the final scene my my character going to the bedroom at the end with Cassandra. I went to talk to Cassandra afterwards and she made a comment about Vivienne being divine. Now when I talk to Cassandra there is no more romance dialog. Essentially she went back to being all formality. Did I screw up the romance with her or is this all normal?

No worries, you didn't scew anything, there are simply no romance greetings or interractions post-end.

Yep, this. Unfortunately once you finish the main story you might as well stop playing if you wanted to interact with the companions more.
