So I'm listening to the news and hearing the results of my decisions in the first game.  It seems to have everything accurately, except for a couple:

Sha'ira.  I helped her out, but it's saying in the news that there are rumors of information leaks, etc.

Sirta foundation is shutting down?  Because of biotic extremists?  I remember helping them with that.

So are these things that happen regardless of choices, or are these mistakes in choices carrying over?

well in 2 years maybe some things degraded you helped them once but maybe several more incidents happened you weren't there to fix... just speculation

Conrad Verner is glitched too, he says you shoved a gun in his face, even if you didn't.



Lots of things are glitched.
