I have the DA Inquisition Deluxe version for PS4.
It was a bad surprise when I saw that the DLC Jaws of Hakkon is not free.
The description says: • Bonus digital content - to be announced!
So... why?
Is not fair to charge us when the game finally have a real DLC.

The "additional bonus content" was eventually announced to be a deluxe multiplayer starter chest. And even if it hadn't, there is no way a reasonable person could interpret it to mean "all future DLC will be free".
Yeah, I do believe "digital bonus content" was confirmed pre-release to mean multiplayer-related content.

I don't recall Bioware ever mentioning JOH being free or part of the Deluxe Edition.
Digital Bonus Content is to be Multiplayer related I believe.
JOH or any already named DLC were never mentioned as a part of Deluxe version, I give that.
But a real DLC with a relevant content is exactly what I would expect.
Take a look at the "The Witcher 3" or "Batman Arkham Knight" packages and you can see what I mean. Is not just clothes, new colors or a dead horse with a nail cross his head.
Digital Bonus Content just for multiplayer? Until now, I guess I have to agree with you, but I can't be happy with that.
So you basically want a $15 value for $10.

The only DLC that Bioware has ever included for free in Deluxe Editions has been on-release DLC. Which Inquisition did not have, precisely because of fan complaints about it being a form of double-dipping.
Jaws of Hakkon wasn't even finished when the Deluxe Edition was announced or the base game was released; any expectation that it would be retroactively included in the Deluxe Edition upon its release 5-6 months later is patently unreasonable.

Well I had got gifted JOH from a family member and having played it I decided to give that family member $15 back as it is a terrible piece of DLC that does not add anything new or original , yet another frost dragon to add to the 2 electrical Dragons and a few fire dragons and some really shoddily done ICE weapons and reskins of existing enemy types.

Meanwhile I'm really enjoying Witcher 3 as many in the PC community concerns thread are which is evidently why Bioware have since locked that thread,seems they can't stand being told how bad a job they have done both in a game in general and the shodiness of their patching CDPR is kickinbg their butt in both regards with TW3.
