Ugh. Blackwall is totally the type of man I find attractive, physically. And I love beardssssssssssssssssssss! But Dorian is just gorgeous. He's so gorgeous he makes me mad, lol. I'm gonna have to go with beard. I just wish I liked Blackwall as a character as much as I like Dorian.

Blackwall is a kinda bro that gives me the 'loyal bodyguard' vibe (especially after you set him free) and I think he would really give his life in a heartbeat if it meant saving the Inquisitor regardless being romanced or not. Plus he's a goody two shoes, so we both click.

my Lavellan didn't like him at first because Tevinter condones slavery and he has no strong stance against them. But over time she felt that both of them were pretty much like the oddball in an organisation full of southern chantry devout.. which at times, could feel a little awkward and discomforting X) how some parts of the Inquisition views him with distrust because of his origins, so yeah, my elven lass could relate to that experience. So when he ask me weather I'm not afraid of people talking about the Inquisitor making friends with a Tevinter mage, I kinda LoLed. People have been talking about either of us, bro.. and usually not in a good light, LoL LoL LoL. *high five*
So I guess in this regard, Dorian wins. A Dalish mage and Tevinter Altus being best buddies. I bet traditionalist from both sides of the culture would have their heads split in agony witnessing such atrocities the horror

Dorian. He's loyal, a good friend and he never lies to you. As for my preference in general, I am not comfortable with either on men. I had a boyfriend with long hair and a beard and the kisses were not pleasant (but I never complained to him or made him shave it, since it's what he liked), so I tend to go for cleaner looking guys even in games. Even Cullen is a bit too scruffy. Lol
Blackwall is my fav Warrior of choice in the game, but his story leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I know I can count on both to save my hide in a fight, but I will always place my life in Dorian's hands before I fully give my trust to Blackwall.

On the basis of facial hair - easily Blackwall. That beard is epic (and I don't really even like beards) whist that stache is just... crap.
Character wise - easily Dorian. He's charming and fun, whilst Blackwall couldn't be more borinf, except for that one brief awesome twist (after which he goes right back to being boring).

on just facial hair....neither? XD i'm not a big fan of just moustaches. i prefer stubble and full facial hair, but blackwall's is just a little TOO much for my taste.
as a character, dorian wins hands down. i like both, but dorian just won me over straight away. i LOVE that man.
