When I created this project

it appeared to fail with the cryptic error message "admin panel". Actually, it had created the project, but I didn't know that.

So I tried changing various options - on the fourth attempt, there was no error message.

The successful attempt was when I changed "Only Project Group Members" to "Only Me and Project Group Officers" throughout - which might just be a coincidence.

Then I discovered that I'd actually created the project four times - it wasn't an error message after all.

I deleted the three later instances of the project.
