Face codes would be terrific. I expected BioWare to out them in every game following their success in ME.

We've been asking for this, amongst other things, since launch. Maybe eventually they'll add it. Hopefully.

Having face codes would be a great idea. I'm surprised they weren't in DAI after how much love they got in the Mass Effect games.

I agree with everyone above me. I was hoping the Black Emporium would at least add the ability to add faces to preset slots so you could use them again, because although they should have used face codes at launch, I can understand that adding them in might be difficult.

Adding my voice to this. Blatently support. Sigh, face codes or presets, the stuff of dreams apparently. XD

No more difficult than it was for ME3.

Ehhhh, I'd say it'd be more difficult just because there are a lot more variables this time around. The code would be... quite long at the very least, I would think. XD But! Like three optional preset slots? That'd be amazing. And then I could store my canon Hawke for reuse. >____>

This should have been apart of DAI from the start the Face Code system should be in all of B-Wares RPGs or hell use The Keep like Volition did with their Saints Rows Website allowing people to both upload & download characters.

Its always shocked me that a Volition pays more consideration into their CC's than B-Ware especially considering Saints Row is just Open World Crazy Goodness and Mass Effect/Dragon Age are Player/Story driven masterpieces.

At this point The Keep has 2 uses only creating World States and now the Dark Horse Comic stuff and thats ok but they really missed a chance to make The Keep the true Destination for all things Dragon Age.

To be fair to the DA team, the CC in DAI is a lot more complex than the CC in the ME games.

Thats true but they could have implimented a way to save/share our CC's while they designed the game at the current state it seems like a serious design oversight. They gave us a extremely Deep/Poor CC mode in DAI its great and bad all at once.

Not just that, but ME2 added them before launch, when they were working on the CC, and ME3 just kept using them. It's different for DA:I because they didn't work on it before launch (as in they didn't make the CC with codes in mind) and because of the addition of 2-dimensional sliders. They would have to have some sort of coordinates system. Patching in a way to save faces would be significantly easier though.

This is so true but sadly I dont see them patching in a way to save our CC's like I said the CC is both Superb & bad because fully recreating Characters in DAI is damn hard to do at this point.

Yeah, I'm not qualified to say whether adding a system to save them is feasible or not, but I would bet that they could do it. It's annoying that the best we can do is take like a billion screenshots of sliders and hope to get the coordinates right during recreation.

I agree that it probably would be Hard to impliment but I think it could & should be a feature that B-Ware invests time into that way recreating our CCs wouldnt be as difficult and it would increase the replayability of DAI.
