Grunt or Jack for story characters.  I can imagine the banter between Grunt and the Katari and the banter between Jack and Isabela/Necromancer/Reaver.  

 

As for MP characters....... that's a tough one.

 

Either my Havoc (pseudo-Vanguard build) or my Warlord.  My Warlord would be one-shotting things left and right on Perilous while my Havoc is wreaking.... havoc.  

 

The bosses would take a few more hits to kill, but they'd be down pretty quickly when faced with my Warlord.  The high dragons might stand a chance due to their massive health, but that'd be their only saving grace.  Nothing would even be able to touch my Havoc, though, jet-hopping all over the place like he does.

Pffft. Missing the annihilation field. I think flask of frost, or a Lady's Wrath that Paralyzes, with Stone fist would suitably mimic the AF / Throw combo. Need an acolyte / hurricane in there somehow though. . . or a claymore / wraith. Spell Purge maybe?  Cool beats mimics Fury's DC.

 

I never could play N7 Fury as well as Furious Felicia though. . . nowhere as good.

 

Even if is a ME character, it must be keep within DAI universe sooo. to get the "Annihilation Field" replacement, a variation of "Disruption Field" could be created, It could have instantaneous stop and be detonated with Stone Fist.(or any other skill) to create the detonation. It could have same effect as "Wrath of Heaven+Spell Purge" Combo.

 

Bolt as mentioned would replace Acolite.

Although my Volus Adept was a Biotic God, I'd go with my Geth Engineer.  I loved that turret on Bronze/Silver.  I used the Geth Plasma SMG X and Omni-Capacitors V, so my cool downs were lightning quick.  I could chuck a turret out there almost as fast as the enemy could destroy them.  Nothing like hiding behind cover while my buddy, the turret, did all the work.

The Shadow.  Duration cloak plus bonus ability.  Shadow strike one archer in the back of the group, heavy melee while still cloaked nails 3 more of them.  Anything still alive?  Unload the Piranha clip on them.

Volus Merc is the best of both worlds - you get to play as a Volus and you get a pet (combat drone) All hail the mighty Volus!

If we are talking SP, then Garrus.  For three games, he kept things calibrated.  Garrus was my Shepard's best friend.
