Yesterday I visited the BE with one of my newer Inquisitors (female elf rogue), just to use the Mirror of Transformation to tweak her makeup. However once I clicked on the mirror, her entire visage had changed and she was to put it mildly "butt-ugly?"  I then noticed that her name had changed to that of one of my other female characters. This made sense as her face seemed to have blended the two somewhat, however I also couldn't back out of the mirror.

 

I fixed what I could, but now I have two Inquisitors of different races sharing the same name. If that is still the case when I get home from work today, I imagine that I will have to delete the latest and start over at some point?

 

Has anyone else encountered this glitch?

Something similar when starting a new character started as a male and it converted to the last female test -it also indicated that "she" had completed the game when only a test of the character character.  The only way I found to fix it was to reset the Keep, as that seemed to be the source of the error.

Wow, that's bizarre, let us know what happens when you reload.  I can see head swapping like getting the default inquisitor for your race, but I can't understand how you'd have access to other races' or genders' heads.  Weird.  I hope it's fixed when you go check.  I can relate to the frustration of having to scrap a character for a reason you thought would make it better.  With race being crucial to unlock some romances and a factor that can make the dreaded court approval better or worse, having it changed without your consent stinks.

I've started getting a glitch with the mirror too (x-box360 version) every time i use the mirror a bold headed face shows instead of my character so i can't change my appearance at all  .  Ive tried to delete the DLC and re install it but it didn't work  so if anyone is having the same problem or knows how to fix this glitch i would appreciate the help..
