I bought all the class chests I could last weekend with my entire gold supply AND an extra $20 in platinum. The class chests were awesome and they did help me fill out some other things, but yeah, no, HoK eludes me still as does Caliban and Sulevin. And I pounded those Warrior chests, I really did.

Weapons wise I have everything minus the Caliban, Emperor Shield.
I have spent 2+mill gold and I still need those 2 items.
Lucky for me, I got a 'Longsword of the Dragon' to make up for it, since 'Longsword of the Dragon' + 'March of Everlasting' is almost as good.

I played the game for seven months with only 1 Superb HOK in chests purchased with over 1M worth of gold.
Last week I received three (3) 10% HOK Superb rings over 14 Warrior chests.
This week-ends chests are over priced for gold, but reasonably priced in Platinum to make you want to buy Platinum with your real fiat currency - please don't.
PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BIOWARE MONEY MONSTER.

I doubt that they will ever jack it up to 50k vs 500 platinum - but it is reasonable to make platinum 'cheaper' than gold.
Also, if you don't feed the 'Bioware Money Monster'... how do you support the developers? Someone has to shell out the platinum to keep this game going.

Honestly I think they added Heal on Kill to all of the new items and created the new grips so folks have more access to HoK allowing us to use different rings. Now that my weapons can heal me, I'll use crit damage or something instead of 2 HoK rings.
Just to rub it in though, I have 4 superb HoK rings.
