I am reading THE STOLEN THRONE and it's this thought bugging me . When flemeth asks maric for a favor in exchange for her help to get him out of the Wilds, he spends all night with her and never talks about it.
Could Morrigan be Alistair's sister? XD if so, then the DR is even darker than we thought 
The favor was that Maric would return to her and use his blood to awaken a Great Dragon. Or if not him, then one of his offspring. But if Maric impregnated Flemeth with Morrigan, then I would think Flemeth would just use her blood to awaken the Great Dragon. So no, I don't think Morrigan and Alistair are related in any way.

Yeah - it's revealed in the Comic regarding Maric because Alistair goes looking for him.
(And let's just be thankful that Alistair and Morrigan are not related because I have a feeling Morrigan would set the world on fire just to get rid of that little fact)
plus it would be more difficult to romance Alistair knowing he has to sleep with his sister for them both to live
