I called EA and the guy seemed Amazed that my Collector Armor was there but NOT my collector Rifle.
He told me as far as what class you are playing as it does not matter ALL bonus armor and weapons should be available to you.

He then scheduled me for a call back today at 10am(my time) so a specialist can work on my problem,

They just gave the game(Mass Effect 2) an UPDATE but my collector rifle is still missing.
So I don't know what the UPDATE did.

If you are having this same problem POST here so I can email you what EA says after they give me a call back today.

I'm playing as a Vanguard

Check another party memeber's weapon loadout who can use assault rifles. Because I can't use it either and it certainly doesn't make sense for us to be able to since we don't have the ability to...

OK thanks so Far I'm early into the game I only have jacob and miranda,I stopped to see if I could get this fixed
You may be right and the EA guy did NOT know what the hell he was talking about-If the specialist call me back at 10am today and tell me that guy was wrong I'm gonna be pissed!-these are my off days and he wasted my time!

You can't expect too much from EA... Who knows, when EA goes on their little firing frenzy, that guy might just taste its wrath.

I checked I'm thinking the Collector Rifle would at least show up even if I can't equip it another squad member can use it
The Rifle is NO WHERE to be found.

I can't find my Collector's rifle and the The rilfe that came with the Terminus Gear,and is there supposed to be Cerberus Armor available as well?

You should be able to find it once you go to the weapons locker on the Normandy and change your assult rifle to it.

yeah, i am a vanguard, and i can't use the collector rifle, but "archangel" can. it's there, you just need a character that can use it.

EA say's that is NOT the case,But We will see you could be right.

Yes the weapons are there,and I am a Vanguard to and cannot use the Collector's rifle,so I gave it to Garrus,also found the rifle that came with the Terminus Gear,and a Vanguard CAN use that one.

The "rifle" that came with the Terminus Gear is the Blackstorm heavy weapon (not an assault rifle). All classes can use heavy weapons.



And yes, only classes with the appropriate skill can see/use the Collector's AR or the Incisor SR or any other future DLC weapons.
