I was confused because I'm doing the same thing without the ring (perma wall, not soloing), but I just realized it's probably because I'm using a cooldown amulet to take a good chunk off the cooldown before my passives close the rest of the gap.
There is no gap, and your FW will long outlast the cd, even without passives and CD amulet, when you wear the FW ring.

I mean there is a gap without the ring, but the CD amulet is making it fairly easy to close with passives. I had forgotten that the amulet is what's letting me get perma WoF without using the ring.
I think the bug with the barrier ring was with cooldown. If you equip the ring barrier cooldown is longer.
Really? I hate invisible mechanics.... if it does increase the cooldown, the ring should state so :|

tooltip does not change and because of dozen of numbers flying around on screen i can't just check it on multiplayer really. Strange mechanic of LS does not help with it either, where some hits are stronger.

Currently he has the +20% Critical Damage / +5% Attack rings, for what it's worth.
I would use superb attack rings... IF I HAD ONE!!

Does DF still do that thing where it catches a butt load of arrows/ spells and leaves them suspended in the air ready to drop any teammates that touch it?

I stopped using it on XB1 because when DF finished it would just leave a deathball hovering for anyone to step into, I might have to test it
