So this question was bugging me the other day about which citadel ward the silversun strip is situated at. Thx for your suggestions.

I do not think it is specifically mentioned, although in the Silversun Casino mission where you are trying to get to Khan, there is a politician there who says she is running for the Zakera Ward city council, so it seems likely that the Silversun Strip is located in Zakera Ward.

Not sure if this helps but wiki mentions Council Central Archives being located in Kithoi Ward.

Interesting. I imagined Silversun Strip to be its own unique location separate from other wards.
