Hello everyone, where can  I find the pre-order armor/gun that  I  got for pre-ordering ME2 from gamestop?

I  am finished with Omega now and still have no idea where to find it.  Thanks!

Armor is in your cabin.

Gun should be in the loadout screen.

Nope, should be "Terminus Gear" or similar.

I  pre-ordered the game, picked up yesterday, launched it, entered my Cerberus code, and the only thing under the Cerberus Network is "Normandy  Crash Site", so  how do  I get Zaeed?  And how do I get the gear that  I  pre-ordered the game for? 

This is rediculous, if  I don't get it the armor and weapon that I  specifically pre-ordered for, I  will become a very angry customer.

Someone for the love of god help me.

When you pre-ordered the game, did you get a pre-order code? That's what you need to redeem for the armor.

Where would this be at? All I get when I pre-ordered the game was a receipt?

You are one of the lucky ones. I only got the CD code from GameStop, they conveniently forgot to send me the preorder armor code and the Cerberus code. I ended up buying a Cerberus code and sent GameStop an e-mail asking for the preorder codes...

I would go back! They gave me a nice ME2 card with a 16 character code on the back in a white box written in BIG & BOLD black letters. It also has intructions on how to both items(Terminus Assault Armor & M-490 Blackstorm Projector). GOOD LUCK!

Damn.  Store doesn't open for 40 minutes, how will I be able to wait!!

its not to late . My gamestop/eb games apperantly ran out of codes/ didnt get enough and they made a list of everyone who didnt get one, and stated that the people will be contacted upon arrival of more preorder cards. Now this was only for Xbox i got a Pc version and managed to get the last card .

You should note that IF INFACT you did preorder the game you will get the code. its just a matter of going back with the receipt and game in hand and demanding your preorder card . You did your part preordering now they can do theirs and get you, your key!  good luck.

mmm so i pre-ordered the game, payted and got it, im playing so far i'm going to recruit Thane right now, still no armor nor gun, so I should go with my receipt to the store and ask for my code??

I have the Xbox ME:2, so .... do I? I only got the game with Cerberus code and there is a small code (few digits) at the end of the book, ..... what to do??!! LOL

Download your item
Load your copy of Mass Effect 2
Check Shepard's personal terminal in-game located next to the galaxy map (there's also one in your cabin) for a message detailing how to obtain your pre-order item.

Had to wait 40 minutes or so when I called EA support but I got the Terminus armor and Blackstorm projector in the end
