When playing as a Qunari (and I'm assuming a dwarf) with the British accent, I still have the American accent when on my horse or taking damage. Basically, only the speaking voice is the one I chose. How is it that you can fix half of it? And how do I get it completely fixed.
Still have half a voice bug

I'm pretty certain that this isn't a bug per se, but rather an oversight of the game's design. I chose the American female voice for my human Inquisitor, but if she jumps or exerts herself or vocalizes while on the mount, it's a different voice. I'm just glad I don't get proper battle barks like in the previous games (which may be a bug from what I've read around here), or it'd be a bit much.

I'm playing as a female elf with the American voice and have the same problem only I get the female british voice. Thought they just didn't record those sounds for the american voice acting.

I think it's just that the game calls the wrong audio file when you're on a horse.

Same happened to me. I play in german (young male voice) but I hear the american voice when my Lavellan sits on the horse.
It's a little funny, cause he has a nice, high voice and suddenly it's sooooo deep.

What's it sound like for the qunari? I never tried myself.

I wouldn't know? I haven't played as a female qunari. I don't remember the voice changing with a male qunari and an american voice.

It seems to happen if you choose not 'default' voice - Humans and Elves have British accent voice, while Dwarves and Qunari have American accent voice. So yeah, when you get voice opposing what's considered 'default'... well, you get results listed above.
*looks at her new elf* Dunno why you speak with American accent, but then jump with British one.
I wish they changed it, so you could hear correct voice all the time, because that... is strange.

And my poor Dalish Inquisitor (American accent) still becomes some random British dude when she asks Solas to dance during Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts.
I was really hoping that would be fixed by now.
