I have played hundreds of hours on DAIMP, and recently I've gotten on the leaderboard. However, I never really gave much thought to my actual Prestige score. I know that at some point in the past there were issues with it not correctly reflecting the actual score, but I thought they just fixed this. Yet it seems to me that my score is not correct or I do not fully understand how to calculate it.

I was under the impression that my Prestige score = Total Promotions + Total Challenge Points Earned.

If this is the case then going to the challenge page I see a number in the top right corner (Xbox One) that shows total potential challenges and the amount I have earned. (Says 537 out of 590) I have a total of 108 promotions, which would then total 645 Prestige score, but my score is actually shown to be 627 currently.

This is 18 lower than I thought it should be, so could someone please clarify how to correctly calculate Prestige Score or if there is still some bug affecting this?

Also, I thought in the past there were a few challenges that gave you plus 2 to your Prestige Score once completed. Not that I expected this or wanted it, but just that I noticed it several months ago as my Prestige in the past was once more than the combined challenge points and promotions....

The challenge progress doesn't translate one-to-one to prestige because the earned stars from the community weekend challenges don't count as prestige...
And you are correct, for some challenges you get 2 prestige points (the stars that have a title/banner/portrait reward)

So it's not so easy to calculate

Are you saying that the extra points are only 1 time for any challenge that offers a "title/banner/portrait" or is that 2 points for each "title/banner/portrait" unlock?

Example 1: The complete 250 Perilous games would be 6 total points, based on only 1 extra point.

Example 2: The complete 250 Perilous games would be 8 total points, based on 1 extra point for unlock the portrait, title, and then banner.

Also, while I agree that the community challenges do not go toward Prestige, the individual weekend challenges do. As I have only missed 1 weekend I have 200 points from those challenges. Another 110 points now from promotions, leaving another 320 points from the non-weekend challenges (Now I'm 630 Prestige). Out of these 320 points using example 1, my Prestige is still off by 2 points. Nothing to get worked up over and closer than I was, but still confusing as to why I can't get the math to add up. Based on example 2, I'd be off by 46 points. Like you said not easy to calculate even though it should be. lol

No problem :D
It really is not a 100% clear
- personal WE challenge counts with one point per star
- one point per promotion
- some stars give two instead of one point- but I can't recall which ones

Maybe the Devs could give a definite answer to this :)
