Been looking around the web for 15 minutes for information on the multiplayer attribute descriptions with no luck. What does each stat represent, since some seem to be missing from the character select screen? I see cunning but no dexterity, however I just got a amulet with dexterity bonus. Am I missing something obvious here?

Strength, magic, and dexterity are not listed on the character select screen. When I promoted my archer it gave cunning not dexterity. Can you only increase these three with jewelry?

Yeah to jewelry.  The 3 attributes that are raised via promotion are more useful to all 3 types of characters.
